Naples is the capital of the Campania region and it attracts thousands of tourists throughout the year. Full of history, it is an impressive city, full of historic sites and beautiful buildings! Much is said about the lack of security in Naples, but, in general, the city has an excellent tourist structure and is not so unsafe. It’s OBVIOUS that you can’t be too careful, and this is true for all the places you visit, inside and / or outside Italy. But how do you get from Naples Airport to the city center? Here at Your Travel to Italy with Ana Patricia you make the trip of your dreams!!! ALSO: see our “Accommodation in Italy – Tips for your holidays!”

Despite its beauties, we cannot deny it, Naples impresses by ‘good and bad’: beautiful, with chaotic traffic, noise pollution and some poorly maintained places. The region of the central station is not the most beautiful and some historic buildings in that area are poorly maintained, in fact, but none of that takes away the magic of the city, believe me! Unfortunately the city became known worldwide for its mafia but, despite being known because of the Camorra, Naples goes much further!

I’ve read in several places that Naples is ugly! Let’s clarify it once and for all: whoever said that, you can be sure that they’ve never been to Naples! The city that “leans on” the sea, presents some of the most beautiful panoramas in all of Italy! It is not an exaggeration! The blue sea and the sun that seems to paint the city with vivid, strong and beautiful colors, frame the whole city as if embracing it in a loving and gentle way. The historic center of the city has a unique authenticity!

So many others talk about the ‘dirt’ of the city. OK.! It is not the cleanest, especially if you are coming from Rome – for example – but it is far from being an open air dump. Some areas like streets close to the train stations (such as the central station and the Stazione Circumvesuviana – from where trains leave for Pompeii) are really kind of ‘abandoned’, but nothing that prevents access to come and go .

Avoid going without a guide to Quartieri Spagnoli (Spanish Neighborhoods). It is undoubtedly one of the most important areas in terms of tourism, but it is also one of the most ‘dangerous’. Many call it ‘favela’, so, really, I suggest that if you want to visit this region, hire a guide or just let it go!

Depending on from where you fly into Italy, you may not find a direct flight to Naples but from many cities in Europe you can get a direct flight to Naples. . Maybe there are no direct flights to Naples, so the flight will stop in Rome or Milan. The airport in Naples is Capodichino. Capodichino is a medieval name and is, in fact, an old hill that has always been part of the Neapolitan landscape: it was a mandatory passage to access the Capuana Gate, which led to the city and one of the oldest in Naples. It was used mainly by traders and farmers who came to the city to exchange products from the hills and mountains.

The airport is not one of the largest, it has only one terminal, but a great infrastructure. It is 7 km from the center and offers great transport options. All of them are offered by the airport that outsources the service, but it is very efficient. How to get from the airport to the city center? Let’s see it now!!!!!!!!!

Are you traveling in a group with up to four people or do you want comfort? ? Then consider this option! One of the biggest advantages of the transfer is the convenience! By booking in advance, you can even request a driver who speaks English! Have you ever thought how nice it would be? The service costs around EUR 40.00 and, in addition to insurance, it is comfortable and efficient! It is also ideal for those traveling with children or people with limited mobility.

One of the main advantages is having someone waiting for you when you arrive at the airport, that is, no stress! Not to mention that the car is clean and safe. One of the biggest disadvantages, when compared to other services presented above, is the price, but, as I mentioned earlier, if you are in a small group, the value pays off. See it as an investment, not as an expense! Did you like the idea? Access the banner below for more information!

Introduction
