1) Which hotel did you stay in?

The hotel we stayed at in Florence is called Starhotels Michelangelo – Florence.

2) Where is the hotel?

It is located at Viale Fratelli Rosselli, 2, Firenze.

3) Is it well located in relation to the main tourist spots?

The location is good, to get to the center, to the square where the Church of San Giovanni is located (I think it is spelled like that), it took us about 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop very close by, in case you do not want to walk.

4) Is breakfast included? What was it like? Was the price included in the rate?

Breakfast is included.

5) How was the service?

The service was excellent.

6) What is the cost-benefit ratio?

The value for money was great. We paid around 100 euros with taxes.

7) What was the room like? (e.g. large, small, functional, well-lit…)

The room is large, comfortable, clean, and functional.

8) Would you recommend it? What grade would you give to each hotel from 0 to 10, considering that 10 is excellent, 0 is terrible, and 5 is average.

The grade I assign is 8, because I gave it a 10 at the hotel in Venice (the Best West Premier), which was perfect. As this one was very good, but it was not perfect, the grade was lower.
