With 13,613 square kilometers and 841,886 inhabitants, a region in northern Italy is divided into 340 municipalities with Trento as its capital. Let’s get to know a little about Trentino
Tourism is highly developed and practiced at any time. The Adige valleys are characterized by lakes, rivers and streams, woods, vineyards, and pastures. In the south of the region, we find the majestic limestone peaks: the Dolomites (mountain range of the eastern Alps in northern Italy), while further north the area becomes more mountainous and rugged.

Trentino Alto Adige has a climate that combines alpine characteristics of high mountains, where low temperatures predominate due to the high altitude, harsh and long winters and short summers, but you will also find characteristics of a continental climate, where there is a high temperature range, rainfall varies greatly between seasons, summers are generally hot and dry and winters are harsh and with low temperatures.
In the Dolomites, for example, the period with the most precipitation is in the summer, while in winter this volume decreases considerably, but as the winter is harsh, it is perfect for skiing and practicing winter sports.
