1) Neighborhoods in Florence: where to stay? IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER

Visiting Florence means staying in the Historic Center to admire all the main attractions of the city. The historic center of Florence corresponds to the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. If you want to stay in the ‘heart’ of Florence, choose hotels in the central areas such as Piazza Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santa Maria Novella.

About the Center of Florence

The center of Florence is small and you can visit it comfortably walking, among other things it is also closed to traffic and this undoubtedly helps you in the best way to enjoy it in all its beauty. Where to stay in the center of Florence? My advice is to look at the different accommodations and choose according to your personal taste, as the main attractions are very close to each other and you will have no trouble reaching them. Being close to the Uffizi means facing all the magnificent views of the city, such as Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza del Duomo and, in general, the entire historic center.

In addition to seeing all the main monuments, you will have the opportunity to fully experience this district, which is always very lively, especially during the day, when it is frequented by many people who shop and visit the main monuments. Here are all the solutions you want, but I can already tell you: the costs will certainly not be low, but it definitely will be worth it.
